Please read these terms carefully before booking or using our soft play party hire services.

How and when to pay

50% deposit is required to secure your package. The final balance can be paid in cash on the hire date or by EFT prior to set up. Kindly use your name and the date of party as reference. Email proof of payment to anenek@gmail.com or WhatsApp to: 072 778 3360.

By transferring the deposit to secure your booking, you are acknowledging that you have read the rules of play and agree with our terms and conditions of hire.

Cancellation policy

Please take note of our cancellation policy below:

  • Cancellation terms apply once a booking has been confirmed (receipt of deposit). If the party was cancelled within 10 working days of hire, all monies will be forfeited. Cancellations in excess of 10 working days prior to the event will be issued a credit for the amount of the booking fee and may be used to re-book within a period of 6 months after the initial booking date.
  • No money will be refunded for soft play in case of bad weather, as our products can be used indoors or under cover.

Disclaimer

All persons using the equipment do so at their own/parent/guardian’s risk. The person/s or organisers hiring the equipment from Little Lea soft play party hire are responsible / liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of improper or reckless use of the equipment. Rules of play are for the safety and comfort of all people using the equipment, it is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to.

Rules of Play

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring the equipment, from Little Lea soft play party hire, to ensure that all of the following safety instructions are adhered too, to avoid injury or possible damage to the equipment.

  • The soft play equipment is designed for use by children under 5 years of age.
  • No adults are allowed on any of our equipment. (Soft play, jumping castles, roller coasters, tiny tables and chairs).
  • You are to ensure that the equipment is kept in a clean condition.
  • No food, sweets, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the equipment which will avoid choking and mess. Please be advised that if there is excessive mess on the equipment then an additional cleaning fee of R250 will be charged.
  • All shoes, glasses, jewelry, badges MUST be removed before kids play.
  • Do not allow any substances to come into contact with the equipment. This includes face paint, bubbles, liquids, etc.
  • Maximum age and weight for the normal roller coaster: 5 years and or 20kgs.
  • Maximum age and weight for the Extreme roller coaster: 6 and 30kgs.
  • Only one child at a time should be allowed on the roller coasters.
  • Roller coasters may only be used on smooth surfaces. Please do not use any other bikes or cars or equipment on the roller coasters.
  • No smoking, fires or animals near the equipment.
  • A responsible adult must supervise the equipment at all times.
  • Always ensure that the ball pit is not overcrowded, and limit numbers according to the age and size of children using it. Try to avoid large and small children from using it at the same time.
  • The hirer is responsible for any damage to the equipment. Any repairs needing to be made due to damage are to be paid for by the hirer within 3 days. R1250 will be charged should we have to replace a gazebo.
  • No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the equipment.
  • Please ensure that children do not wear shoes whilst using the equipment.
  • Wooden tables and chairs are not to be used in the rain as it will damage the wood. Thank you for choosing Little Lea Soft Play Party Hire. We Look forward to creating a fun and exciting day for your child!
